    Well, there are a few programs at the University of Petroleum and Energy Studies, which is one of the best names in the industry.

    They have an M.Tech. in Pipeline Engineering and an M.Tech. programme in Health, Safety & Environmental Engineering; which is open to those with your background.You need to have a minimum of 60% in your 10th, 12th and engineering degree to be eligible to apply.
